Summary
SARIA is a UK based hardcore DJ that joined the VR rave-scene in August 2023. She debuted in JustParty, playing J-Core + Hardcore + Makina with her VRCP VJ- kalichu- alongside her. SARIA's work ethic is very casual, but she still puts her all into every set she makes. In her own words:
"I'm always at a rave, whether that's in VR or in real life. I just really love hardcore. Did I mention how much I like hardcore? I listen to hardcore for 10 hours a day during the week, and sometimes even more on the weekends. If I go longer than a few hours without listening to hardcore, I experience actual withdrawal. Did I mention that I like hardcore yet?"
Musical Style
She enjoys playing 4/4 dance music, including but not limited to; melodic and upbeat tracks with plenty of M1 rave piano; kick heavy and eardrum-blasting harder styles; hard trance with plenty of filthy bass; and even progressive trance and house on the chilled end of the spectrum. If you can dance to it, SARIA probably has it in her collection.
She's currently dabbling into the production of UK Hardcore, J-Core and Makina-inspired sounds, and is excited to incorporate it into her signature mixes

History
"After escaping a shitty life situation I flew to Finland in March to see DJ Noriken on a whim" where she ended up meeting a great friend who introduced her to UntzTime. Following a URL event with them in April, inspiration struck and she volunteered to be a part of a collective like this. Social media work, admin- anything. "I ended up going with them to a few IRL raves, and they encouraged me to give mouse mixing a go since I had such an extensive hardcore library and clearly loved it (the scene) so much. I found mouse mixing really fun, and decided to invest in a deck almost immediately - since then I never looked back"
